Conflict between two separate instances of LMS using the same library?

Hi,

I currently run LMS on my ReadyNAS Duo, with all my music (FLACs and MP3s) stored on the NAS itself. It's served me well over the years, but the speed of the interface (iPeng, Android App and Web interface) is dog slow.

I've recently upgraded a few bits and bobs around the house and had a spare Win 7 PC lying around, so decided to try out LMS on that to see how it was. At present, the spare PC has a separate drive containing a copy of the ReadyNAS music folder while I run some tests. But it's a bit of a bind to keep copying stuff between the two separate music libraries during the tests.

Does anyone see there being any problem in me pointing the spare PC LMS to the ReadNAS music folder and using that as the primary music source whilst I still have my ReadyNAS LMS running? I'm not sure where the libraries for each of the LMSs are kept, so wondered if one would keep overwriting the other and keep messing things up.

It's not the end of the world if I have to keep separate music libraries until I decide to turn off the ReadNAS LMS, but it would make things easier.

Thanks!

Rhyan
