Look for new and changed media files scan not detecting genre changes

I think the process indeed still is slightly broken. But in another way
than you describe: IIRC the album should show up under the new genre,
but the old entry would not get deleted. Or the old genre (if that was
the last album of this genre) would not get deleted. Can you confirm the
album would be listed under the new genre?
