I'm not sure in which forum to post this since I'm not sure whether it's a client or server issue.
For a while now, I'm having a problem that while my Squeezebox is in Standby (i.e. dimly shows the time), it briefly loses connection to my LMS server every couple minutes or so. The display then shows the message that connection to the server was lost, and then a couple seconds later everything is fine again. I suspect it's server side, since I have the problem regardless of whether I connect the Squeezebox over LAN (actually through Homeplug) or via Wifi. However, when I try to replicate with SoftSqueeze everything is fine (but I don't know to what extent SoftSqueeze emulates an actual Squeezebox).
There is however also no issue when the Squeezebox is actually playing music or radio, which is also why I have ignored it for a while. However, especially at night time, when watching TV, the bright disconnect message on every disconnect is rather distracting.
Anyone any suggestions how I should further troubleshoot or fix this ?
